Refund policy

At Velluto Marine, we stand behind the quality of every product we blend and ship. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with it, we will replace it with an item of equal or lesser value. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist quickly.

Eligibility for Refunds

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the original order date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund unless a documented carrier error is confirmed.

Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are blended fresh per order, we are unable to offer refunds for:
• Products that have been opened or used
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Return Shipping

In cases where a physical return is requested, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the product arrived damaged.
