We blend fresh batches of every product to ensure maximum performance. None of our products sit on shelves.

Processing Time

Orders are blended, bottled, and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

• United Kingdom

United States Shipping Rates

Rates are determined by order total:

Standard (0–$25.00): $7.99
Standard ($25.01–$50.00): $10.99
Economy ($50.01+): $14.99

United Kingdom Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight with USPS International or DHL Express.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for all:
• Import duties
• VAT
• Customs processing fees
• Any carrier handling charges

These fees are collected by UK customs or the delivery courier, not Velluto Marine.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, please contact us for a resolution.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be refunded unless a carrier error is confirmed.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need an address corrected, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before a label has been purchased.
